RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

By completing the order form to make a purchase, you are offering to enter into a contract to purchase items from Harpery Pty Ltd ACN 161 860 715 with the ABN 60 161 860 715. If Harpery accepts your offer, the Items will be sold to you subject to this Returns and Refunds Policy along with the Terms of Sale and Delivery and our Terms and Conditions.

1.NOTICE

1.1 If you are not satisfied with any of the Items in your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the Items of your intention to return the Items to us.

1.2 You must provide a copy of your invoice and receipt along with your notification.

1.3 You must provide particulars as to why you are not satisfied with the Items in your order.

2.RETURN ARRANGEMENTS

2.1 You are responsible for organising return of the Items to us within this 14-day period in order for the Items to be covered under this Policy.

2.2 Harpery is not responsible for returning any Items that have been lost in transit.

2.3 You must ensure that the Items are returned to us unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging and tags intact. If the Item does not comply with this clause, you will not be eligible for this Policy.

3.REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

3.1 Upon receipt of the returned Item including Items on sale, Harpery will inspect the Item and make its decision in its sole discretion whether to accept it. If Harpery accepts the Item in return it will offer you a refund or exchange the Item as notified by you.

3.2 Sale Items returns to Harpery will incur a $9 postage fee where the Item is exchanged.

3.3 All other Items that are exchanged will be postage free on the first return and thereafter will incur a $9 postage fee.

3.4 Harpery will take up to 5 business days to process your return Item and if satisfied that the Item will be exchanged or a refund offered, will take up to a further 5 business days to process such exchange or refund.
